Which GFT hub serves my country?

GFT operates 8 distribution centres across Europe — in Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the UK, and Portugal. When you become a customer, you'll be assigned to the hub closest to your location for the fastest and most efficient delivery — with an advisor who speaks your language and understands your market.

Do you deliver with your own fleet or through third-party carriers?

GFT operates its own fleet of 38 trucks for core European routes, giving us full control over delivery schedules and product handling. For select regions, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable last-mile delivery.

How does GFT ensure product quality during transport?

All our distribution centres operate temperature-controlled storage for ambient, chilled, and frozen products. Our supply chain is fully EU-compliant, with quality checks at every stage — from sourcing at trusted producers in Asia to final delivery at your door.

Can I order products from multiple GFT locations in one shipment?

Orders are typically fulfilled from the hub assigned to your region to keep delivery times short. However, our team can coordinate cross-hub orders for specific product needs — just speak to your dedicated advisor.

How does GFT handle import and customs clearance?

As a direct importer, GFT manages the entire import process in-house — from sourcing and shipping to customs clearance and EU compliance documentation. You receive shelf-ready, locally labelled products without having to deal with import complexities yourself — so you can focus on serving your customers.

I'm based outside your current delivery countries. Can I still work with GFT?
