    Germany – Biebesheim & Branches

    Sales Representative

    • Actively drive sales by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision-makers
    • Create brand visibility and ensure our products have the best possible placement in-store
    • Stay ahead of market trends & competitor activity to spot opportunities
    • Represent GFT with passion and deliver excellent sales service in the ethnic food market
    • Make a difference by driving growth, expanding our footprint, and creating real impact

    Buchhaltung (Accounting)

    • Manage all accounting (main, asset, AR/AP)
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual reports (HGB + IAS/IFRS)
    • Handle tax filings, reports & audits
    • Manage credit insurance & bad debts
    • Support strategic financial planning

    Customs Associate

    • Handle import and export customs clearance, including excise tax processing
    • Perform tariff classification and ensure compliance with customs regulations
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations
    • Manage container handling and maintain accurate documentation
    • Utilize software tools such as Infor, ATLAS, and TRACES; proficient in Excel (xlsx)
    • Communicate effectively in English and German

    Receptionist (f) – Riedstadt, Wolfskehlen

    • Manage the office reception with professionalism and warmth
    • Welcome and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and coordinate appointments
    • Oversee general office organization and administrative tasks
    • Act as the first point of contact for guests and employees

    Facility Manager

    • Perform maintenance and repairs, with a focus on electrical systems
    • Ensure cleanliness of buildings and outdoor areas
    • Monitor technical equipment and document any issues
    • Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for larger repairs
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards; Knowledge of English Language required

    Netherlands – Branches

    Sales Associate

    • Order entry & maintain customer/product data
    • Monitor market trends & competitor activity
    • Present our wide product range
    • Deliver excellent ethnic sales service

    Warehouse Picker

    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods according to warehouse procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Use warehouse management systems and basic digital tools to track inventory
    • Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times
